It's almost time!

I talked to our case worker today, and she told me to go ahead and send the paperwork we just got back from being apostilled. She is going to go ahead and send it to Russia to get translated. This will shorten our wait time after Buckner gets their accreditation. So please keep us and our paperwork in your prayers. We are ready to get our son home! Thank you and God bless.

Paperwork is already back from Austin. They don't mess around. Sent it Tuesday and back on Thursday. If that isn't God, I don't know what is.

Update

Well it is almost the end of March, and we are still waiting. The Lord has taught us a lot about patience during this. I talked to our case worker Irina on Monday. She told me that they are expecting Russia to finish their accreditation sometime in April. We went ahead and had our paperwork notarized last week. Tuesday I sent it to Austin to be apostilled. This is a requirement the Russian government has put on all adoption papers. Now, we just continue to wait.

As far as funds go, we are still believing for a debt free adoption. Currently we still need about $25,000. This seems like a lot, but we know that to the Lord it is nothing but a spec.
